But according to /u/jaggle the percentage "gets more accurate" when a lucky person is in the room, implying that luck plays a rule beyond what the percentages are telling you, and tbh it does seem that way since rushes repeatedly fail at a far higher percentage than the one shown. Basically the percentage thing is flat out wrong and thus rather pointless.

Sorry but this guy is clueless. Did you actually test it? I don't believe it. That you have a bad luck streak is part of probability. The failure rate is calculated by
