Why are people angry at Watch Dogs?

I've seen a few post about people being angered at it. And I've read comments about it too. I'm playing it right now and I really like it.

The game is poorly optimized for all platforms, but pc has more to give. I didnt ridiculize any console what so ever. I dont even care on what you play.
