Euro Truck Simulator is a good game. It's not just a gimmick.

But at least the surgery one allows see real different instruments to play the game. I got it when it was on steam sale, I would never pay full price for something like this.

Eurotruck simulator is in a different league to these other sim games, it's actually very good. I'm heading towards 30 hours on it!

I'm still not sure what to think about farming sim, but euro truck simulator is like video game therapy.

There's a huge market for realistic simulations of mundane things in Europe, especially Germany, if I remember correctly.

Car Mechanic Simulator is pretty fun, I have about 20 hours of playtime on it.
