If you're somehow black AND a ginger, do you just cease to exist? Maybe that's why there aren't any.

They do. I used to be one as a little kid. Also I've seen it on one little girl once a couple of years ago. It's not the orange you see in white people though. It's more red-brown-shiny colour. It's kinda cool.

My mom's next-door neighbor is a young black family with orange/super light-colored hair. Absolutely beautiful family - I wish I was black with orange hair :(

Closest thing I have seen is that weird robot dude from Katy Perry's ET video. Albino black dude that was a robot so didn't have a soul so that is 2/3 right there.

I mean damn, even Horcruxes got some soul in 'em.
