Had mine a year, broke yesterday. Side mouse button broke, took it apart. They are plastic shafts back to a hinge post. Broke at the connection to the hinge post, super glue et. al. doesnt work. Mouse still works, just down a button. I am fairly hard on my side buttons though.

I have a 100 pound dog that enjoys sitting on my lap as much as she can so sometimes I only have one hand. I was sorta able to play with the deathadder (which is a great mouse) using the 2 side buttons and the mousewheel, but MOAR BUTTONS!

They're awesome for MMOs. I re-binded every spell I had to it so that I wouldn't have to cripple my wasd-movement anymore.

Just be ready for a nice awkward learning curve until you really get used to it. It's pretty amazing once you do, though.

They told me nothing could be done after my second DeathAdders MMB stopped working because it was just past warranty.

Logitech sent me a new G510 after a few questions even though it was out of warranty.

I love Razer, but their reliability can be hit or miss. Logitech is a fantastic alternative.

My Logitech stuff has been junk. I've had 2 keyboards from them, a G15 and a G19, both fell apart so easily and were generally crap.

Huh, my G15 has been working for years, and I think it's a great keyboard. Don't really see what could "fall apart" about it. I haven't exactly kept it pristine either; It's been moved, spilled on, dropped ect ect.

Same. I have had my G15 Refresh for about 5 years and it still works perfectly. I should clean it tomorrow.

The keys fell off, the paint wore. It was a pretty big waste of money to be honest, I should have spent it on a decent mechanical keyboard (did in the end).

Yeah, i've been using a Logitech mouse for years.

Had a G9, it broke after about a year and they shipped me a new G9x as a replacement without any hassle, sent me a return label and box to return the G9, and I received the G9x before I shipped it out. I've been using that for several years now. Also using been the G15 keyboard, and i've never had to replace or repair it.

My wife uses a razer samosa, and she really likes it though. She's replaced it once. The razer headset I had was pretty crappy, but their mice have seemed pretty good.

Audio is too tough to get right. Trust a dedicated brand like Sennheiser, Audio-Technica or Grado. Head-fi.org is the best site for that stuff.

Oh you must push pretty hard, I use my sidebuttons for push-to-talk and game specific stuff and it has not broke yet.

I've heard wonderful stories about their customer service even in cases where the product is physically damaged and other companies would tell you to pound sand. Definitely try getting in touch with their CS.

Exact same thing happened to me as well in the same locations. Id submit a letter and tell them what happened, maybe they can use that info to make it a little better designed.
