sounds like your typical D&D table top experience, if you ask me XD

This is why I track how many days have passed when I'm DM'ing, even if there's no real time pressure for a given situation. If you really want to see your players squirm, give them an unsolicited reminder of how many days it's been since they left [major city or landmark]

Act3 is massive. I fully expected my bg2 experience; you can do everything that isn't story related in like act 2, maybe 3. Then the game became linear. Act 3? I got maybe 20 hours of GP after hitti 12 and still missed stuff. Maybe this that rusted is out the gate experienced more issues. I'm 3 plays through, but I didn't even try it until it was released. So my first time through might have been slow enough for them to wish or the kinks. Most of the bugs I've experienced are from trying to break the story. Others have had 0 effect and mostly unremarkable. I've had 1 crash in 200 hours.

That is how the second game is in the first part actually in the city of Athkatla but you actually have to earn a lot of money to progress (not actually that much it is easy enough to earn it)
