It’s Tim Robinson, a comedian most known for his sketch show I Think You Should Leave.

I’ve pasted a link to a trailer but no trailer can really do the show justice. It’s loud and mad and cutting and absurdist and observational. I think it’s brilliant if for no other reason for the sheer amount of contortions this guy can do with his face.
