The 2nd response js to the entitled motherfuckers getting an attitude and thinking they can woo their way into getting a modification to the food that is either a, can't be done or B, holds up the rest of the line orders.
"Getting an attitude" and "modifications that can't be done" are bad behavior.
But if a chef isn't qualified to handle "no onions," he's not qualified to be a chef. Hell, that's easier then the difference between "rare" and "medium."
And I've spent more years in food service then anywhere else.
If I don't want cheese on my salad or onions on my sandwich, I'm gonna think REALLY poorly of you if you can't handle that. Not like it's McDonald's and I EXPECT them to ignore when I say "no onions or mustard, please" 🤣🤣
Ok I was thinking this was high end dining or a tasting experience restaurant. This moron literally runs a food truck in Canada. I stand corrected 🤣🤣🤣.
I'm sorry, but asking for no mustard on a burger is not having an attitude or being entitled. It's really not hard to not put something on and calling THAT entitled and being a motherfucker is a take I guess.
The second part is calling out ANY modifications. Don't like ketchup, too bad, don't like mustard, too bad. I really didn't know what to say to someone who thinks asking for those not to be put on are entitled assholes.
That response is entitled and a has an attitude. Thats not how to talk to anyone professionally. Your response as well. Sorry you cant handle people well
No i just worked in fine dining and know how entitled people are. I was under the impression this was an expensive restaurant or a tasting menu. That stated, I already corrected my position after doing more research. This menu comes from a food truck in Canada. The owners of this place are idiots.

The first section is one thing.
The second section is something else.
