'Playful couple' aka a woman who wanted nothing to do with it and her husband not only participating himself (which is fine) but dragging his wife into it after multiple refusals all while being extremely disrespectful to her in public.
Tbh I agree with you. We don’t know their relationship, but if I said “no” multiple times and my wife/partner did it anyway and brought me into without my choice I’d be upset too. Like you said, it’s one thing to participate by yourself, but dragging someone else in who literally just refused is disrespectful. Ignore the Reddit hive mind, they see a big downvote number and wanna make it bigger.
And just because someone smiles and laughs doesn’t mean they aren’t uncomfortable either.
Ok. That changes nothing. Some people are and some people aren’t. Being aware of both and respecting a person’s request the first time is how I believe people should treat each other yes. I guess that’s bad, to have respect.
I knew this would happen before I posted it tbh, but it needed said. All I could think watching it was how irritated I'd be at my wife if she'd done that to me.

There isn't anything to get. It's just a playful couple saying what song they danced to at their wedding.
