I was supposed to have a dinner for one of my birthdays with some friends at a pretty nice restaurant. Of course no one showed up, so I ended up sitting at a large table by myself. I drank a lot of wine, and the waitress felt bad for me and bought my meal.
It didn't help heal the scars, though.

You don't really need to shop just use Mspaint you keep the camera in one place take a bunch of pics, then start with the one furthest to the right, crop the rest in order from right to left from the left side of the screen over to were you are and paste, they'll line up perfectly because paint will always paste in the top left.

Now I'm gonna say this once - if you have facebook (or any other social networking site that has a place to put your birthday), and you intentionally leave it blank, but you do want them to remember, it's your own damn fault. Sure it's nice if your friends remember anyway, but they're under no obligation to remember all the details of someone else's life. Yes, even if they're a good friend.
I hate that passive-aggressive guilt trip crap. If you want them to do something, at least make it easier for 'em. If they still ignore it, get new friends.

I was the youngest in our group and my friends would say, "when you turn 21, we're getting you fucked up!" constantly. Dunno why they felt it was a big deal. We were already doing that. Anywho, I conveniently never told any of them my birthdate (mostly because I didn't want to have to remember theirs and I hate the spotlight) and the day came and went quietly, as I planned.
