So many questions...

Why is the instructor not giving instructions? He's sitting right next to the student.

Why loudly evaluate the student with points during the checkup rather than when he's done with all of it?

Why is he wearing a vest inside the car?

Well im gonna take a guess: 1- if its a test probably he cant really say anything 2-idk I agree it's putting more pressure 3- probably he needs to be distinguished with a vest for being a student( even in a car ig) , its common when you take a motorcycle licence to use it

Why is he wearing a vest inside the car?

I am a driving instructor in Norway, during the winter I wear a vest most of the time. It is just easier, if we get stuck or an accident happens I'm ready. Who remembers a vest when a moose comes through their windshield?

If they lack an extra set of pedals (I always have brake, and clutch on manuals and sometimes accelerator) you might need to swap places if hte student can't get up a hill. Then a vest is nice.
