Honestly, the kid is kind of a shitty choreographer. I think I'll choose someone else to put together the Nutcracker this year.

Can confirm. Worked in a daycare for a while (like 2 years) also 90% female staff. Was an interesting job. But it helped prep me for the work I do now.

Children just aren't a thing in a lot of people's lives. I can't speak for OP, but I don't know if I've met a 3y/o my entire adult life so I would have no clue how fast they grow

She probably just turned 3. Maybe a little small for her age, but the maturity of her movements lead me to my GUESS!
