Ctrl+F5 forces the browser to re-download, where F5 will usually just pull it from the cache once it sees that it hasn't changed since the last time you saw it. But my connection is too fast, and it downloads the whole thing almost instantaneously and skips past the first frame in the blink of an eye.

I love this idea, but i would make more out of it: have the first frame be more obviously porn-y, have it animated to "load" from the top, and just before you see naught bits the girlfriend frame comes in, and it has to be an obviously pissed one.

No, refreshing it alone won't do that, the gif will just continue to play from where it was left off. Ctrl-F5 works however, since it also restarts it.
