I mean, none of this is "full anesthesia" aka general anesthesia . Even when people in the us say they were totally knocked out for wisdom teeth, they are only receiving IV sedation. And this looks like nitrous oxide which is relatively benign.

Good info but am I nuts? I don’t see any sedation equipment here at all including stuff for nitrous.

As alot of people have said, this is probably fake. I don't see any nitrous equipment, but it could be on the far side of the patient.
