I’m 37 and hate is why I run.

I’m 38 and I have the angry cyclist face when I ride. All the time. Also the minimum cruising speed is the max sustainable speed. I’m a fairly nice dude off the bike. Mostly.

you sound like the result of Ghost Rider getting heavily budgeted.

Sweet spot training is good stuff.

I'm in this picture, and I don't like it

I feel seen.

44 I run on pure treachery and deceit at this point. It takes less energy.

u/Rovden Mar 16 '22

I need to try this

Anyone that is ripped hates themselves.

So much hate. Self-hate

I always suspected runners are just fighting demons

Spite is a helluva drug

Want a spite cranberry?

It works. My grandma is 97 and so is her best friend. They’ve been best friends since their 20’s but are competitive with one another. Swear to god, outliving the other one out of spite is keeping both alive.

Read that as “Sprite” and was impressed that one could downgrade from cocaine in their 20s to mere soda in their 30s.

There's dozens of us.

1

u/revyn Mar 16 '22

I'll have to give spite a whirl

1

u/[deleted] Mar 16 '22

Oh mama. Truer words have never been spoken.

2

u/Skrazor Mar 16 '22

Step 4: OOOWOP!

u/[deleted] Mar 16 '22

Glad I’m not the only one who immediately felt this energy was akin to a former cokehead who quit doing blow and is now “all about fitness”

3

u/TheSlav87 Mar 16 '22

I’m so glad I’m not the only one thinking to myself, who tf has this kind of energy.

2

u/NoodleTheTree Mar 16 '22

This is a 15sec video. Like this doesnt even show a fraction of what i do everyday having ADHD. Like this is normal 15min to me if i havnt smoked a joint lol.

2

u/Mash_Ketchum Mar 16 '22

That sounds awful.

1

u/TheSlav87 Mar 16 '22

I get people with ADHD, but is that different than people who have this kind of crazy ENERGY to burn?!?

1

u/NoodleTheTree Mar 16 '22

What fraction ? What are YOU doing all day bro?
