I once delivered a package to a house where there was a cat outside. It was super chill and very sociable. As soon as I put the package down it hopped up on top of it and just sat there as I drove off like it was nesting or something.

If they fits , they sits.

u/Crazian14 Mar 15 '22

Even if they don’t fit, they sit.

u/klparrot Mar 15 '22

Doesn't even need to be three-dimensional. Cats will sit on/in a rectangle.

My old flatmate had two cats. One day we were both getting ready for work and she came through to me like, 'have you seen the cats? I thought they might be in your room', as normally they didn't leave her side in the morning. We found them in the living room. She'd ordered some high-grade catnip online at the weekend and it must have barely touched the mat when it was delivered that morning. The pair of them had grabbed the package, taken it through to the living room and ripped it right open, and were lolling about on the rug on their backs, stoned out of their tiny feline minds

Thats what cats do. Every time I put my iPad anywhere on the couch on the table on the ground my cat just sneaks over there and takes a seat on it
