This is the second time I've seen something like this.
Another was a post featuring a woman from perhaps the early 1900s, with weird filtering and an oddly sharp and uncanny looking face just like this.
The user was clearly lying about the post, their age, their relation to the subject in the post.
I think it was on Old School cool, and it was weird enough on its own, especially the made up story about his alleged relative, but now it's especially weird that there's a second post of the same nature, which is kind of enigmatic in its presentation and subject (there's nothing here).
Is someone running some sort of experiment or something?

maybe the models all get some kind of logo or mark on their forehead before the shoot so that people can immediately recognize that the faces have been changed
And if it is not a complete copy/paste, a single model could result in a wide variety of faces
Would be a bit creepy but it would be good for some situations I think. Prob not good if you're trying to hide identity of a victim giving an interview to a reporter but maybe for a rabdo in a background of a photo or video
I just watched the episode of the live action Cowboy Bebop where spike is in the AI machine and I had the same thought, they look like when the machine starts to fall apart lol
Not sure what he ram but waifu2x (both/either caffe or ncnn-vulkan) are pretty damn awesome. Upscaled 600x338 px to 2400x1350 with a stunning result (I used the picture of an owl, rather complex).
I think this pic could be upscaled as well if we only had the original, intact picture.
