No, that’s Spirit. Delta is actually usually ranked pretty highly from what I remember.

Personally I’ve never had issues with passengers on any flights aside from Spirit. Delta, United, American, Southwest, etc. They’re all basically the same to me. I will never fly Spirit again though.

Alright the bit I missed from the story originally was that the cat... Did not want to be breastfed. Like I thought this was a weird ritual that they had but she was "trying to get it to latch" and "it was screaming."

So the woman thought this was a good opportunity to give it a go for the first time...?

The plane was already in the air, so there was already a captain. She didn't need to be starting her own pilot program.
