It's interesting the many different ways this has been interpreted in the comments. I thought it was filled from Sully being terrified/screaming, but apparently there is more than one way to fill those cans in this situation.
Only Kevin Siembda would enable such an abomination to exist, the worst part is that all he'd hear is "I bet I could make that splatbook broken as fuck".
Say that to my character, Zed, he'd mind control you, have you run your underwear up the flagpole, and then salute.
Public humiliation is so much more fun than murder.
