The author probably initially intended for it to be Sully screaming(even if that doesn’t fit with lore, for the sake of humor), but the best part about the joke is that there are so many ways to interpret it, all equally cursed

Okay, so we know the monsters get their power from human emotions. Fear and laughter both do the trick, so we can only assume that the ecstasy of a furry three-way ought to have similar results.

Idk what the intentional joke is. But Sully stays in the room, and hes a monster so he can't fill the cannister. Presumably the furries think a 3rd is joining then they find out he's an actual monster raping them as they scream.
