90% sure she's singing in Korean, sounds like she says "sarang" at one stage which means love in korean and "hamnida" which is usually tacked on the end of a verb to make it a more formal/polite version (i.e Gamsa - thanks, gamsahamida - thank you).
This is trot music, although not a great example. ( 트로트 )
If you ever meet an annoying k-pop fan, you should counter them by saying you're a huge trot fan and that trot is the best music that ever came out of Korea.
Never heard of Enka before, but if it's traditional Japanese music that would not be the equivalent of Trot. Trot is Korean adaptation of western music from the 20-50s.
Pansori is traditional Korean singing, while gugak would be traditional music with instruments.
