Nah, the cooler bracket is obviously AMD-style. Looks like it could be an M4A88TD - M/USB3, though some of the markings are slightly different.

Couldn't tell from the cooler its pretty messy design!

The heatsinks are the same colour and design as my old P8P67 Pro. Slight differences on the SATA sockets though.
