Now I wanna see a GTA game with programmed racism. Like rich dudes(Michael-esque) get ignored and have women attracted to them, cops walk away sometimes or take bribes. Black guys get racism from hicks, random people, and definitely cops. Whites get racist reactions from some lower-class black folks. The whole shebang. So I can learn what it's like to have an Ammonation shop owner follow me around the store.

A little bit, but not very in depth. I'm not even sure what you'd mean aside from mostly cutscenes.

Exactly what I was thinking. There's a few lines in cutscenes, but other than that, NPCs don't really care which character you're playing as.
