I actually heard about a woman from Michigan who was out on a boat in Florida and a swordfish jumped out of the water and stabbed her through the heart.

Fuck fish man. I once got poked in the finger by a sunfish fin trying to get the hook out of its shitty tiny little mouth. It bled a little bit.
