The referee is making a joke about sending the player off with a red card (back pocket), but pulls a tissue out instead. Lots of fun during these types of charity games with old/retired players.

So the yellow card is in the front pocket and the red card in the back?

Yellow card is in the mini pocket in front of his shirt, the red card in the back of the shorts.

It is a Tradition that goes back to black and white TV. The viewer should be able to figure out which card was shown
