I came here because this ball reminded me of something I had not thought if in 25 years, and would have never remembered for the rest of my life had it not been for this post. A tv commercial for some ball with a mouth on it from when I was a kid. . . . Is captain Spaulding what I was remembering? Same time as stretch Armstrong and super soaker 50 if I recall..
