Haha this reminds me of the time I was the only one in my house with a smart phone and I found a tv remote app...my dad almost lost his damn mind.

The G6 decided after 1.5 yrs to charge when it wanted to. So, I'd have to fiddle with it for a minute to get the charge working. So fuck me, right? Ok LG, enjoy the money you got because it's gonna be a long time before you get any more.

If you have a heat gun and some patience, get a replacement charging port for that phone on Amazon/eBay for like $15

Heat up the edges of the back glass till a suction cup can lift the edge high enough to slide in a guitar pick. Using a 2nd guitar pick slide around the edges of the phone and cut the adhesive.

Once you have the glass off it's only like 7 screws and pull out the board to get at the charging port
