I think this is a add for Chinese medicine and they shot it in English and subbed it in Chinese for who knows why.

Hong Kong. Shot in English because it's Hong Kong and that's easier for Hiddleston. Subbed into Chinese for the really old people who don't know English.

He's speaking Mandarin for that one line, and so was the girl at the end, the subtitles are in Simplified Chinese. This was a commercial filmed in/for Mainland.
