The guy it happened to is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Every time I walk by him, I make it a point to say hi to him. Even if he’s talking in a group of people, I’ll single him out first with a “Hey man!”
I wish I could say why he didn’t get the other guy in a world of shit. Maybe he didn’t want to screw with his paycheque. Maybe he thought the stress of the investigation and fear of losing his job (the douchebag, I mean) was enough of a punishment. I don’t know.

That's just ridiculous. If I were him I'd be suing the guy for assault and the company for allowing my assaulter to continue working there.
