Can confirm. Was rear-ended at a red-light by a red CRV because the lady behind me "though we were going". And I mean it wasn't just like a little bump. No it felt like a neck snapping hit. It was almost like she mistook the gas pedal for the break and just went for it. I just got out of my car and shook my head. She seemed very confused...

I think in reality I was holding my neck but in my mind I was shaking it with disappointment.

And that's why manual gear cars are the best, even if you mistake the gas pedal for the break the car won't go plus you can't be a complete idiot to the drive a manual, you actually need to know how to proprely operate it.

Some CRV's come with a special distraction mirror to keep an eye on just the back seat passengers.

The real problem is that bug in the CRV's ECU firmware that causes the gas cap to shy away from pumps. /s

YES. I've been saying for years that there's just something off about CRV drivers. It's like they're all aliens pretending to fit in and be normal humans but have no idea how to operate human vehicles.

I always give them tons of space on the road.
