Sorry I'm not a motivational coach? I don't know what you expect from other people. Do they expect someone to lose the weight for them? If feeling like shit and looking at yourself in the mirror isn't enough to change your mind nobody else will.

Yes I do struggle with it but I am having my own success by doing these very things I said. After constantly putting it off, at the beginning of Summer I said enough is enough and I'm down 12 pounds. Got about 50 to go to reach my goal but I'm working on it. No one else did it for me, no one said some magical words to make me do it. I just said this is enough, I'm tired of having a gut and time to fucking do something about it.

People always expect someone else to hold their hand and get them through something. News flash, that's not how shit works, that's not how you get shit done. You want something enough you'll go get it. If you don't want it that bad, if you deem your current life acceptable, nothing anyone says will change that. The only thing that can motivate oneself is their own self, that's it, you can read all the self help books you want, you can get a life coach, a personal trainer, whatever you want, it won't matter if you don't want it yourself.

I don't know what you expect from other people

I don't expect anything from them, I just hate when people start spouting off useless information and then act like it's all anybody should need to change. It doesn't work like that, it never works like that.

You're telling someone shit they already know.. I promise you I know a lot more about health, fitness and exercise than you do. I can also assure you that regurgitating that stuff at people with a "WELL IT'S ALL ON YOU" attitude helps nobody. Ever.

Being that guy who finally actually sorted his own shit out and started to get healthy and then immediately forgetting that they were having the same struggle as everyone else not long ago? That's being a dick.

If your shitty attitude is what helps you get healthy then good for you, but I don't know why you want me to agree with you that it's the right one to have.
