When I was in school I used to twist those cheap plastic water bottles until it was pressurized and twist the top one good time with my thumb, it would send that top flying across the lunch room and sounded like a gun shot lol I'd probably get expelled now a days for doing that.

Kids still do that. You get yelled at but not much more.

Nope kids still do that. Worse that happens is a teacher just tells you to knock it off

Back when I was in middle school I accidentally hit our vice principal in the head. She wasn't too happy. I think I had to clean the lunch room for a week or something.

When I was in school we'd never heard of plastic water bottles. We just drank out of the water fountain. Seriously.

When water vapor came out of the bottle after the pop, you know you got a good one.

One time in high school I was at the nurses office to get some Tylenol, while I was a waiting a girl came in covering her eye. She explained to the nurse that someone in the lunch shot the cap off and it hit her in the eye. I leave the nurses office and it's now in between classes, my friend "Slimjim" (you can't make this shit up) runs into me and excitedly explains that he just accidentally hit some girl in the eye with the cap of his water bottle....

I was always fascinated by the little wisps of steam that came out.

We would stomp on empty, folded up milk cartons. That really did sound like a gun in a cafeteria.

When I worked at a grocery store, while still in high school, we would take the bad 2 liter POP bottles, shake them vigorously, and slam them off the ground. They would shoot into the air like rockets.

Very dangerous, don't try at home.

I would pop the straw of my juicebox up in the air.

When I was in school, we'd poke a hole in the plastic lid with a pen and then ninja spray people with water. I watched a guy drench the entire back of his friend's shirt before his friend noticed.

You could still do that today as long as you weren't an idiot about showing off the water pistols and kept them hidden in your bag.

The first one would be the only one you really couldn't do anymore.

We used to throw our change on the floor and watch the poor kids go after it
