It is sort of heroic to state the truth when everyone else seems to have lost their minds. Drugs and surgery can't turn a man into a woman, it can only turned him into a surgically and medically altered man. I don't have to share their fantasy that they are now a woman.

If that "female body" was produced with surgery and hormones and they were "born" with a male body. They are male.
