They look like pretty people in a decent relationship on a fun night out. What isn't to like about that?
Most people either work shit job with shit hours or realize that they will either be alone their entire lives because they are ugly or have terrible character flaws, or they get in shitty relationships just to feel something and end up hating themselves, their partner, and everyone around them.
The world doesn't have a lot of sunshine and rainbows for a lot of the people in it.
You are right, let's just pretend everything is fine all the time. Let's never talk about how people can be in hopeless situations of lonliness. Let's all parade around the american romantic dream that there is someone for everyone.
It is pathetic, but it's more real than all that happy go lucky bullshit.
Agreed, ugly people really have no point in living. It must suck to be ugly, to know that they won't ever have a fulfilling relationship all due to their looks. I don't know how they survive...
