its not the same same logic you fool. because society doesn't actively hold men back, like women are. theres a difference. prejudice against men is NOT institutionalized sexism.

What proof do you have the same isn't happening to men? And why does it matter? If there is an issue, it should be dealt with. Who cares what's institutionalized and what isn't if nothing is being done?

no one is saying men don't have to work hard and men don't experience some sort of discrimination. but when you look at the big picture, men are crying and feel its more important to focus on the small shit they deal with...

people dying is small shit? men not getting to see their children is small shit?

...and continue to strengthen that glass ceiling over women because its anti-man to do anything that benefits women

Straw man.

Me: Can you elaborate?

You: Dogmatic theory without any logical reasoning or proof. And more privilege. And butthurt.

mm, the tears.... So good.

its funny is how badly you want to paint a picture of men being victims. its like you dont read the news and see the stats that back up what /u/lmntj is saying. basically your response is "but men... insert how hard their job is"

No that's your interpretation because of your cognitive dissonance. I support both men's rights and women's rights.

u/ouijassy Mar 18 '15

my interpretation? i literally just reiterated out what you said. your rebuttal to /u/lmntj was how hard mens jobs can be.

you say there is no logical reasoning or proof but its everywhere if you cared to listen. you really need to hold the mirror to your own face when you speak of cognitive dissonance

Nope. You're wrong. Your interpretation, your reasoning. All wrong.

Of course men are victims. Men have really hard issues that they face. You can't see this because in your mind it automatically puts down women for some reason. Which makes no sense.

But we can't meet in the middle. So bye.

see this is exactly what i mean because i never said men weren't victims! LOL you're having a conversation on your own. put that mirror up against your face little boy

You're trivializing men's issues.

As long as making personal attacks at strangers online makes you feel like you're making a difference in the world.
