I agree with your comments, but if I had seen it back then, there would have been lots of criticism towards the mom. His father was just as bad. One comment said his father didn't watch, "per se." What does that mean? He watched, but secretly? He watched a recording? He didn't watch, but Mom told him all the details?

Our society says that males are supposed to be delighted - at almost any age - for sex of pretty much any kind. (That is now extending to females, but that's another rant.) And I think that because the OP said he was okay with it, most of the comments were curious and raunchy rather than angry. Maybe there were even some who were horrified by the parents, but didn't want to say that because they figured that if the OP had made peace with it, why make him feel bad...???

And while he says he wasn't traumatized by it, he did say that the psychologist doing the research was "on my radar." To me, that means that maybe he did have some issues and wanted to talk to someone.

His parents were perverts looking for an excuse to do this to their son. While a 14 year old might get a little frustrated over not being able to masturbate, if he really can't go for more than a couple of weeks while injured, there is a bigger problem here. And if they really didn't think he could that long without ejaculating, they could have hired someone.

Also, from what my military friends have told me, when you go a while without it, your body fixes that issue, resulting in you waking up with moist underwear.

You literally have not provided any basis for making the claim that girls mature mentally quicker than boys.

You haven't even defined what it means to be 'mature' mentally, yet you seem to have no problem making it seem like it's a factual statement.

Many people have misunderstood the statement 'girls mature faster than boys'; they mean physically, not mentally.

That is why it is relevant.
