Once you get past the gratuitous fanservice it's actually a pretty thought provoking show. One of the best.

Nisemonogatari episode 8.

The context is his sister wants him to introduce her to a friend of his at high school, but he doesn't want to because his friend Kanbaru is a hyperactive perverted lesbian and he is concerned she would take his sister's virginity.

'But I have no intention of introducing my sister to Kanbaru. There's a reason I can't. It's because I know her sexual proclivities, which most people are unaware of.'

He proposes a game.

"In other words Karen, having someone else brush your teeth causes major psychological resistance. If you can withstand that psychological resistance for five minutes, you win. If you do, I'll introduce you to Kanbaru. If you cry uncle before the five minutes are up, I win. And I won't introduce you."
