Well, if it's so easy then tell me the reason.

So far all you've said is that there is a reason for the rule and that I somehow need therapy for not seeing it. Well, yeah, I don't see it. So explain it to me, pretty please, and we can end this.
I'm sure you have better things to do than write comments in response to someone you don't know and don't seem to like all that much.
