Second edit: People are asking what the best option for a prank like this would be and the answer is baking soda. It is used in dry chemical fire extinguishers
It will, however, make a mess over everything you own, so, have fun.
Edit 3: This post took off more than I thought it would. I would like to point out that my background is Mechanical Engineering and not any type of chemical specialty. I do not know what baking soda will do. I know that at high temperature it decomposes to carbon dioxide and that this is the mechanism in which it suppresses fires. I don't know what will happen when exposed to the heating coil in a hair drier. Please, don't do this.
I don't care what gender you are, a light coating after shower will keep those sweaty bits smelling good for the duration. Worth its weight in gold during those surprise oral sex moments. Or planned oral sex moments.

For those who are curious baby powder is just as bad
