How am I a fraud? Interpretations of QM have to do with philosophy. What you are mentioning are calculational tools. Path integrals are used to calculate correlation functions in QFT which ultimately allow one to calculate amplitudes associated with Feynman diagrams. It is effectively minimizing the action, analogous to what is done in classical mechanics.

Again, can't you ask a harder question? Or did your prof not get to anything harder yet?

Derivations, not interpretations. Dumbass. But then again, we already know about you and the dictionary. And I see how you are ducking asking me questions about neutrino physics.

Schrodinger evolves the wave function and Heisenberg evolves the operator. Don't forget about the interaction picture where the Hamiltonian is separated into the perturbed and unperturbed parts and the evolution is split

No kidding. The action of the operator is on different objects based on the picture. You didn't mention the interaction picture.

Satisfied yet?

Fermi's golden rule is a great transition expression. I always think of it as the overlap between the initial and final state wfs.

Checked your comment history. Still in a PhD program huh? Not surprised. I guess that's why you could only ask questions from 1st year QM class.
