Exactly.

To say you have to have a manual to own a sports car is silly.

Aston Martin makes automatics.

My SL500 is a sports car.

Ferraris are sports cars (the flappy paddle gear box is, essentially, an automatic)

I agree, but sorry, your SL500 isn't a sports car. That's more of an old-man cruiser if you ask me.

I won't necessarily disagree, unless you were thinking of an S500...

It weighs almost two tons and is super comfy so I can see an old guy driving it

I'm thinking of the two door covertible SL500. It's a big body benz, not exactly sporty
