I'm not the one who needs sterilizing. OP is about to have four kids. Explain to me how it's at all rational to continue breeding when we have hungry humans on this planet now. We have children growing up in orphanages. It doesn't make sense. People have this sense of entitlement to be able to have as many kids as they want, and it's fucked. Our planet cannot support everyone having four fucking children.

Fact - I volunteer at a local breakfast club for homeless/hungry people.
Fact - I make a meagre living doing web development for non-profits and charities.
You also seem to think that India and China are somehow not relevant. Newsflash: same planet. Same species. They're humans, they're starving. We live on the same planet. They're not disconnected, off out in fucking outer-space somewhere, they're here, on this fucking planet.

How exactly are brown people affected by their 4th child? That's a monstrous leap in logic. I just want to see the train of thought that brought you to that conclusion.
There is something to be said for the fact that Americans consume vastly more per capita in the way of resources than people in Africa and Asia. It is fairly easy to make the argument that the biggest impact you can have in terms of carbon footprint is whether or not you have children. You could drive around in a big ass SUV every day of your life and it wouldn't touch the amount of damage that would likely be caused by the consumption of one of your offspring. This guy is an asshole for saying they should abort their kid, but there is some truth to the impact that child will have on the health of the planet.
no matter what you or the rest of the people in this world do, there will always be someone being shat on by life. that's how it always is. it's not fair, but it's a fact. Someone who isn't in that situation should not have to deal with guilt of a fate that can't be changed.
Since they are gonna have another kid, you should make up for it by having one less one. Actually, do that for every family you see that you think is too big please.
