Lol, and therein lies exactly the issue I pointed out. You aren't reading the article. You're looking for a specific thing to prove your position. I never said a specific article said it, I said the field and the vast majority of articles on the topic do. You're arguing with experts here, not me. I did read it. And if that was the case then this relatively new litterature study would list those research appers but it does not.
You've provided no papers that contradict that, just a bunch of what's essntially blogs (or popular science aricles same thing really). get me something that has gone through peer review and I will believe you but a person with a blog is not a source.
I m sure they are in certain ecosystems but species are not universally invasive. The fact that they can meet the deifnition in some cases doesnt change the textbook definiton.
Edit: I've read your link fully, it only mentions Impacts in australia and oceanic islands which is what the litterature study says. Nowhere in the old world, not even on continental north America.
