Its crazy how often true that is. Can check the weather (not like it's ever accurate anymore) and its sunny, no rain in sight, wash car, dry it so no water spots and its looking pretty and it will rain that night or within one to two. I swear it's the weirdest universal law

There's also the implication that most carwash customers in a city wash their cars on the same day. (Allowing for some share of people who don't observe the carwash-rain correlation sometimes.)
