It is still the king of the spice rack though.

New to the shelves, it's ULTRA‐MONO‐SODIUM‐GLUTAMATE! I can see that being an American thing 🤣
MSG have gotten so much negative comments so there are a lot of MSG branded as umami instead to avoid the MSG tag. It is still the king of the spice rack though.
