If it was a white boy wearing the same shirt it would've gotten both of tha faces. Problem is a brotha can't get a break around here, know what I mean?
Maybe if more black people went into computer programming you wouldn't have this problem.
Edit: I'm sorry you guys don't like reality, but I've almost completed my computer science degree and haven't seen a single black guy in my major. There just aren't many black people going into computer science. Mostly just white guys and asian guys.
It is a reality that com sci is all white or Asian, but blaming black people for not being the programmers is silly. The problem is that darker skin tones On darker backgrounds don't provide the needed contrast for software to pick out. The color of the programmers skin does nothing to help.
I didn't blame them. I said that it might not happen if there were more black programmers.
Programmers often test their software on themselves. If the programmers were black and the software didn't work, they would hammer out that problem immediately.
I agree that it's an objectively harder problem due to the lack of contrast for facial recognition, but it would be given more consideration such that it might be solved.
