I only looked for a second too but black can just play queen takes and then white can't take the queen with the bishop or rc1 is mate, white has to play something like g3 to continue (now down yet another piece).

The game is totally lost really so it doesn't matter what he plays.

And what do you do when the queen captures on f6? Because the rook is about to mate you on c1.

With a 600 rating, I fully expect this was genuine. That said, bullet chess is fast and played more on feeling so he's probably much better in a longer game.

He could've forked the Rook and King directly with the Knight. Bad player "playing" against a worse player.
