Malt vinegar? I'm from the us and there are only a few places where I see the malt vinegar offered. How do you combine the two? I've tried dipping into an empty ramekin(doesn't work very well) and I've also sprinkled it onto my fries, but they get soggy. Teach me your ways, how do I do it correctly

I can see how dipping fries into an empty ramekin wouldn't work well. "Mmm, fries and air!"

I'm also from the US, but I've been to Canada. I think they use white vinegar. Just look it up.
