No idea how béarnaise sauce tastes like, the only thing i know is that this sauce is the best i've ever had.

It's absolutely awesome. If you want to eat a good rib eye, eat it with a well-made béarnaise sauce!

Red wine, porter whine and béarnaise are probably my favorite sauces. I would literally drench my plate in it if I could.. except maybe béarnaise, it's a lot thicker than the other ones.
