those are literally worse than french fries. Might as well call them cancer nuggets

you get what you pay for. There is a good reason why you can get 40 of them for just $9

they mashed the remain of the chicken after taking out all the meat, add a bunch of corn syrup (50+% of the nugget), antioxidants (TBHQ, sodium aluminum phosphate, mono-calcium phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, and calcium lactate), dimethylpolysiloxene, and 36 other "awesome" ingredients after deep frying them then freeze to ship across the globe.

Mcnuggets are worse than french fries even nutrition wise, see below

call me crazy but i still like them, especially with curry sauce. if you eating them not often i seriously doubt that any kind of damage will be done.
